Cleaning and Maintenance in BT Buildings

Monteray, who currently provide the cleaning & building maintenance services for BT have had their contract drastically reduced – by around 22%. This will impact significantly on a wide variety of tasks that Monteray undertake across the BT estate.

One area of particular concern is the revised arrangements for cleaning which have been cut drastically and will mean that cleaning frequencies will be significantly reduced.

If you feel that the cleaning or other services are not up to scratch, then please report it to the BT Property Helpdesk on 0800 223388.

Please note that the individual cleaner or other Monteray employee is probably not to blame; it may be that they just haven’t got enough time to do the job effectively.

The responsibility for your health, safety and welfare is the responsibility of your employer, BT.
